Currently, it is not possible to send a Boop to anyone on the website. Furthermore, when receiving a Boop from someone, the fact that it was received is displayed in the notification section, but if an emoji is attached, the content of that emoji is not displayed at all.

I believe that if it becomes possible to send and receive Boops on the website, combined with the custom emoji feature in VRC+, communication with friends while not in-game will be significantly improved.
