When you search for certain users with common or popular names (lots of similar duplicates) the search results that return sometime do not show the user you are looking for despite the account being active. We either need the search results to be longer, or we need the search results to show multiple pages, or the ideal solution would be to allow us to search using the user ID (Or simply ban directly by UserID). That way we can find the exact person we need to ban immediately.

Example:

Lets say we are searching for user "Laser". That's a pretty popular name ie a lot of names contain Laser. Let's say there are 37 results, and the name we are searching for is result number 33. The ban list search result only lists the first 20 names. You cannot see the last 17 names in the search results and therefore you cannot ban any of those remaining 17 people. They are forever inaccessible via the website.
