It currently reads "Copyright © 2025 VRChat Inc." (see screenshot)
According to the sitemap, 5 pages including "/legal", "/vrchatplus", and "/avatar-marketplace" have all received 2026 updates (with lastmod dates in Jan / Feb 2026).
VRChat's legal terms of service (TOS) page states "Effective Date: February 9, 2026".

These updates to the site are likely significant enough to justify updating the copyright in the footer.
