This is my first time using the 2FA feature. After downloading the app, I deleted it because I found it inconvenient. At that time, I didn’t pay attention to the recovery code at all, so I didn’t save it.

Now I am required to enter 2FA verification to log in both on the website and in the game. I’m stuck in an endless loop: to disable 2FA, I need verification, but I no longer have the 2FA app. I could fix this with the recovery code, but I don’t have that either.

For players who have neither the 2FA app nor the recovery code, there seems to be no other way to turn off 2FA. I just set up 2FA and then deleted the data immediately because I didn’t want to use it anymore. This has trapped me in this loop and I cannot disable 2FA.
