I can’t change my pfp or delete any of the others I have? the spot where the pfps used to be at near the banners is not there? how do I change pfps or delete them now?

There is an edit profile button in the top right of the profile page. Selecting that will allow you to change your PFP.

I'm unable reproduce this bug report. It's there, the "Edit Profile" button in your profile.
