Banner have jagged edge

Preview banner don't seen to have some sort of mipmap? Not sure what the proper term but they end up with jagged edges in the https://vrchat.com/home/groups view.

The problem is that they ram the original 2k image into a 350 pixels element instead of generating smaller thumbnails.

This is also bad for the user's and server's bandwidth because opening the groups list downloads makes you download a ton of couple of MBs images. Same thing for user thumbnails. Opening the groups tab makes me download 170 MBs of data which is EXTREMELY BAD for a website
