Add information about the VRC+ benefit of being able to change display names every 30 days (instead of 90 days) to VRChat website

The VRC+ benefits advert & FAQ pages at the above URLs do not list being able to change display names every 30 days - more often than 90 days for non-subscribers - as a VRC+ benefit. Please consider adding it.
This policy change (30 days) for VRC+ users was announced in Developer Update - December 18 2025 to be upcoming in January 2026 and according to a VRChat Wiki diff 60721 has been live for a few days (31 January 2026). It went live without patch notes.
