System.NotSupportedException: External Module "VRCInstantiate" is not Supported.
[Problem]
VRCInstantiate() can't seem to be called in the Client ever since in the recent Client update.
It also happens in my world as well that i last updated 5 days ago. I updated my SDK to VRCSDK3-UDON-2020.06.16.20.53, No avail.
It works in the Editor. But doesnt seem to work ingame.

This bug breaks https://vrchat.com/home/world/wrld_e529e0bc-15f7-47a7-89dc-f976644f8cbb (VRCInstantiate is used when building track, and is even used when my Behaviours initialise the world)
The immediate result of the bug is that there is no track in the station due to hitting this exception while initialising, leaving the world in an unusable state.
This bug was not present in the Open Beta, it was introduced in either 940 or 944
