Ever since VRChat introduced the UI colors for VRC+, modifying the UI colors for these 2 things was a missed opportunity. Not sure why it wasn't done, but adding this to the VRC+ feature list should have been a thing already.

This green/blue color is really boring and I think it's about time we can change it :D

(Please give this some dev resources so we can finally have it)
