It used to only happen every so often, but now, in every other lobby, there are people who spam emojis/prints/stickers of gore or inappropriate content. When it comes to gore, it's the same few images, and when it comes to NSFW content, it's a lot. Adding moderation or a way to report emoji's while they are happening would be a neat feature, but I usually just report it as a behavior issue.
