Currently when tracking control is set to "Animate" on the feet, it will not turn off the IK for the legs when upright is above 0.65, but it will below. This is inconsistent with what that setting is supposed to do.

My suggestion is simply to make it, so like anything else set to "animate", have the legs respect animations regardless of Upright.
