Remove motion dampening during Calibration

While calibrating, the T-posed avatar has a good deal of dampening to the position/rotation of the head.
If you have recently turned and calibrate too quickly before the dampening catches up, you will calibrate at the wrong angle/position.
Unless there is some other reason for this dampening I think it should be removed for more accurate calibration.

After further testing, the dampening does not seem to be intended as it's not always present. This should be filed under a bug report instead of IK 2.0.
