Make the controller freeze like the tracker when the connection is lost

The hand should be able to freeze just the like the body tracker.
Right now, my hand get shot in one direction.

"Freeze trackers on disconnect" option should affect controllers as well.

Before the latest IK update my controllers would freeze after a few tries. Now they don't at all. It's uncomfortable
