When I lock in in 11 point tracking using Lock All mode. and the hip tracker is on the side of my hip, the spine leans to one side.
This is 100% repeatable across multiple different types of avatars whether they are my own or from other creators and in different body types.
The issue is not present when the hip tracker is centered at the front of my body.

tbh i dont have knee and elbow trackers and and yet even im suffering with this, so far best results ive had is putting my hip tracker on my back whilst i wear my chest tracker, but even then it still comes out of alignment

Setting back to "interested" status because you confirmed the attempted fix didn't work. This will likely need to wait until a further rework of spine behavior if the issue is still persisting.

This may or may not be fixed, but an alignment improvement was made in build 11942. Please give this another try after updating.
