I have tried to fix it and even set Spine Mode to Lock Head which was what fixed it originally. But VRChat had problems and couldn't load new avatars from myself or others. I rebooted VRC and it was broken when I logged back in. I don't know how to explain the issue but all I have is screenshots of the problem. I think the Spine Mode is broken now and I can't fix it at all. It's also now not asking when starting up game if I want to do desktop or VR (the setting it's on when I try to boot, it's ignoring it). A serious amount of issues that happened. I posted about this elsewhere. My camera is stuck where when I move my head certain ways it clips through. Like I've said in this post, it was fixed and corrected before by swapping the spine lock from waist to head. I did try to redo all that but it's not all broken across the board, this avatar is affected the most after VRC problems I don't know how to troubleshoot. Please help.
