[Feature][Accessibility] Add support for one-handed calibration

It would be nice if we got an option (and this time a launch option would be fine, I guess) to be able to calibrate by pulling just one trigger - this would be useful for people who only have one controller (somewhat common with how often Index thumbsticks die), or can only use one controller due to a disability or any other reason.
This used to be a feature in [redacted], and now that it isn't anymore, people complain.

I replied in discord but I'll add in here for completeness. Currently a spacebar press will also trigger the calibration. There are all kinds of tools out there to arbitrarily trigger a keypress, could even be voice activated, so I think this is the best bet for someone needing to customize exactly how binding in to a calibration is triggered.

Kung: maybe exposing calibration as a steam input action would be the solution then

Kung: I'm not sure how I'd hit the space bar while standing in T-position to calibrate, what did you have in mind here?
As someone who literally has only one hand, I find this arbitrary requirement a bit awkward to deal with. Imagine me T-posing with a piece of string to pull the left button with my right hand :)
How hard would it really be to have an option to just use a single button? Simply saying "use a third-party tool" seems really dismissive.
