[Feature Request] Allow Metric System Measurements for Height Scaling

VRChat 2.0 Ik has made major improvements to full body tracking making immersion better. However, it can be improved with greater accuracy. Current version of VRChat's measurement system uses imperial (Ft and inches). There is 12 inches to a foot, but in metric there is 30.48 centimeters to one foot. Using the metric system, we can get measurement that are more accurate, and possibly down to the millimeter. (1ft =304mm) I've already pinged Kung with this idea, and even they believe it was a good idea to post to the canny.

I would take this if it helps me more accurately touch the floor!

Could we get the title changed to this or something similar:

It would probably be too clunky to be an either-or option, but I could see having the arrows increment the metric values and have the imperial numbers just change to nearest range to fill in.
