[6e29] "Shoulder Width Compensation" toggle has no tooltip

Issue:
The newly added "Shoulder Width Compensation" currently has no tooltip.
The name it self is in my opinion not enough information for a user to understand what it does.
Expected Behavior:
Add a tooltip explaining what this toggle does. It could sound like this:
"Compensate for human and avatar shoulder width mismatch, allows avatars with narrow shoulder width to fully extend arms above their heads."

Thanks for the report. Tooltips are tied into the localization stuff, so it's not appearing yet even though it has one defined internally. If you're curious it's "Assists in straightening the arm when reaching upwards on avatars with narrow shoulders"

Rommik: Unlikely to change the default here. For IK the defaults will usually be whatever prioritizes the most appealing pose from an outside perspective. This is to make a room full of avatars on average look as good as possible.
