In 3pt if you are in seated mode when joining a instance, or when switching between avatars. You will revert back to normal height as if seated mode is turned off. Ui will show that its turned on. This is a degradation compared to live where it should always be applied when turned on.
You can turn it off and back on to work around this for now.
