[1332] TrackingType get stuck on the same value if Freeze Tracking on disconect is On

If your trackers actually die and are not occluded, the value stay of TrackingType stay the same and never change until the player change/reload the instance.
If problematic for systems that rely on that value.
Freeze Tracking on disconnect should know the difference between the two scenarios.

In this case, the user is using the option to force VRC to stay in FBT mode with the frozen trackers. The intended design is that if the user then toggles the Freeze Trackers on Disconnect option to Off that the TrackingType should then reflect one without active trackers.

Kung: It should stay that way I guess. Did not really think about it.

Kung: So tools like this are not really needed anymore. https://booth.pm/en/items/4216880

Franada: It looks like that tool does a lot of things, so I can't really say if it would be needed or not. But with the recent changes to make trackers frozen either due to occlusion or via the Freeze Trackers on Disconnect option more stable (anchored relative to the playspace now) it should be easier to sleep in VR.
