[11711] elbow twists at some angles

while standing, moving wrist in an angle as if to read a watch can break the elbow rotation. If my knuckles are pointing downwards and i twish my wrist downwards, elbows will break.

As in version 11741 there's still weird elbow twisting, more specifically when you move your hands around the sides of your neck, i will show you the armature that has the issue, which is a pretty normal armature, additionally i've tried moving the elbow joints spheres in blender a bit backwards because i got told it works good for the elbow IK, but it didn't fix the twisting.
If you need a video i can try to record one, although it's very self explanatory, moving hands around the sides of your neck, over shoulders.
Forgot to mention that i have this issue with 3 and 6 point tracking (hip + feet)

I've confirmed that this happens when doing a Recalculate Roll on other than Global +Z Axis.
The bottom three are all in the same pose as Global +Z Axis.

I have this on some avatars when not using elbow trackers:

I know for a fact my Mokuri has a very funky rig, though (time to attempt updating it to one of the fan-fixed bases, perhaps). Despite this, it has tended to work well in most applications I've thrown it into thus far.
As far as I can tell my first avatars rigs seems to make sense in Blender at least.
One thing these two avatars have in common: A pose.
Although I have had other A-posed avatars without much issue.

EDIT: I see now I should be posting screenshots of avatars in a world that visualizes the bones. I am not able to take more screenshots right now, so I will do this later as a reply to this post.

xantoz・ザントス: from what i seen it happens to avatars that were improperly mirrored when made in blender just before the unity rig was robust enough for it to not a issue before. but with this change the angles of bones now matter when it didn't before. its also why it tends to only happen in one side

sophiа: It seems to happen equally on both sides in the case of my first avatar. Maybe the reason/symptom is slightly different between the two avatars.
