[10 point hip issue] Lock hip and head produce stiffness in hip area

So both lock head and hip have an issue where positional its very stiff. In case scenario as visible in video, lock all have the best movement for hip but the spine/chest/neck armature break. I'm not sure if you can change it to have it set like so or a hybrid of lock hip and lock all I think that would be best case scenario for better hip movement. I have also included calibration information as well. Please note: this model has been scaled to my proportional information so elbows and knees line up. I can provide a base of mine with the rig for testing as well if needed.

Can you provide more concrete examples of this? For example, If you open the large UI menu it will be possible to see the hip tracker's position while you move. Comparison between legacy and beta with the tracker position visible would be useful.
If this is a rotational issue, then putting your controllers on your actual hip during motion may help communicate the issue.
