Other players and incoming networking occasionally do not work.

A couple times now, only on p-test, I've encountered a bug where I am alone in an instance from my perspective. I see no players, emotes, or even remote udon data. However other players see and hear me on their end, and my udon networking is all sent outbound just fine.
Rejoining the instance fixes it.

This one sounds very odd, do you (or any of the voters) happen to have more steps that could help us reproduce this issue?
mahu
White Lotuz Every time that I have observed this issue it happened when I went through a portal to a fresh instance with a friend at the exact same time. Sorry I hadn't included this detail in the post. It has never happened under any other circumstances, and even then is still rare.

mahu: All good. A few more questions: when it happens are you and your friend on the same persistence client beta? What type of instance does it happen on? Does the world it happens in have Persistence?
mahu
White Lotuz I've seen this happen while I was on the persistence closed beta as well as the current persistence beta. In some cases my friend wasn't on the same beta, and the world was not a persistence enabled world. In other cases we had both been on the persistence beta and the world had been persistence enabled. I believe I've also seen the bug affect only one other player, similar to the gaslighting bug, but more extreme, where I was unable to see a single player or their udon networking until one of us rejoined, but other players in the instance were fine.

mahu: Got it, appreciate the extra info! If you happen to find any extra leads on reproducing this let us know. For now we'll continue investigating any potential causes

I have experienced similar issues, although to varying degrees of severity. In Geo Locater, for example, while everything was fine on the end of remote players, including the synched data being sent from me to them, on my end anything related to those remote players was broken. Local logic was fine, however.
Peaking into the logs there were a lot of Udon Behaviors crashing due to "object not assigned." The visual nature of the bugs lead me to believe that the world correctly recognized how many players were in the instance (OnPlayerJoined fired for everyone and the game spawned an object for each player in the instance) but attempts to get information on these players resulted in null references (the objects spawned for remote players were broken and were labeled with "Name" instead of the remote player's name).
For additional information I joined on them and I would presume neither of those two were on the beta.
I would upload my log but it is slightly over the max (18.9mb). If you could suggest what data can be safely trimmed from the logs or a way to compress it, I will do so and upload the logs here.

Vincil You can compress output logs by right clicking it and going to "Compress to..." then selecting "ZIP File".
Then you can upload it to catbox.moe and paste the link here.

Zel
Hey,
could you attach output logs for this?
mahu
Zel Oops sorry about that, Looks like it uploaded properly this time! Seems like canny doesn't like log files sometimes. I included the log from just the time where the networking didnt work
