[vive-beta] personal-mirror combined binding

I wanted to setup toggle the personal mirror by long pressing both triggers. But this seems not to work. It toggles the mirror already when pressing down both triggers. Also, when selecting the action, many entries show twice or more.

I'm on Vive and this appears to be working fine for me.
Potentially related to the issue of multiple actions per control source.
Try creating a new dedicated button control source on each trigger that has no actions. Use this for the Chord/combination binding instead of the main one.

Seems to not only affect Vive. A friend with Index cannot create this combined binding too.
