Add a simple mute toggle where if you press the trigger on the hand that has the QM open, it will toggle the mute.

This avoids wasting controller buttons, and avoids the requirement of 2 hands, and avoids needing to dig through layers of the action menu (having to get up out of your avatar submenus or mirror menus).
