From my perspective
・the microphone icon is active
・the Audio settings indicator is moving
・lip-sync is active for my avatar
but from other players, lip-sync is not synchronised and no voices are heard. This is the case for both early and late joiners.
Tracking information, PhysBone and avatar changes are synchronised to other players.
Rejoining did not improve the situation. The situation did not occur when moving to another world.
