Allow stickers to persist

This might be an out-of-scope request, but stickers should have the ability to persist even if the user leaves the instance. Since they can still be moderated without the user being present, it would be nice to leave a mark in an instance, even long after the user is gone. Of course, once the instance is empty and refreshes, it clears out.

Seeing as users can only spawn one sticker at a time, I don't see why this couldn't be a feature. Having the ability to leave a sticker somewhere you're not anymore, before you spawn another one in a new instance doesn't seem like such a bad idea & could have practical uses too (eg having a sticker that says "went AFK" to let a friend know, etc). That would be a good alternative to pens in worlds that don't support those.

It would be funny, and you could likely do some interesting things if this was a feature.
It would have to be for only dedicated worlds that explicitly has it enabled. Having this enabled by default for all worlds would be a nightmare moderation-wise, since bad people could literally join every instance just to toss a malicious stickers everywhere.
This would likely be better made as a feature in a world, rather than using the stickers feature for it though.
