[894] Jumping buggy, wall climbing broken even when enabled

From what I've been able to test, jumping isn't working as well as it used to. If one attempts to bunny-hop, every few hops you'll get stuck to the floor and it'll take a second before you can jump again.
Additionally, wall-climbing barely works in the SDK2 worlds I've tried. You can stick to walls, but when attempting to jump up them you won't be able to gain any height unless you use a macro.

before the update, if you pressed jump a bit before you landed you would jump again. now you have to be fully grounded before you can press jump again. I personally liked the older way it worked better. most games seem to allow you to press jump slightly early.

Update on build 906: This is still an issue, and IMO it should be looked at for the new locomotion as well mostly because both the legacy locomotion and the new locomotion have a pretty noticeable delay between jumping when you spam space bar on beta. Whereas live doesn't have a delay I can notice. It feels clunky in beta compared to live at the moment.
