[1515] Stickers: Add ability to flip stickers horizontally/vertically before placing

When placing a sticker it would be great to be able to flip the sticker horizontally to "mirror" it instead of having to upload 2 variants of the same image. The same could go for vertical mirror although the user could just turn their controller.

I'm not sure how the system works but if there's a tiling setting for the texture being projected, setting the X value to -1 might just do the trick.
