AVPro used video player such as iwasync and KineL with FPS lower than 30 may cause audio frame drops.
[Reproduction Steps]
  1. Open Settings
  2. Select Graphics
  3. Select FPS under Common
  4. Toggle VSync to Capped
  5. Slide FPS Limit to 10
  6. Play some video with sound on AVPro used video player
The problem doesn't occur on 2023.3.2p1 (Build 1345).
