Banners on the Launch Tab in both the Quick an Main Menu will always redirect you to the website, even though that article is also available in the Help & Info Tab of the Main Menu (such as the Avatar Dynamics Banner).

Banners which are related to Articles that are also available in the Main Menu Help & Info Tab should redirect to those instead of the website.
