[1238] Small Menu invisible or visible where it shouldn't be.

Sometimes small menu is visible in front or behind big menu
small menu can also be completely invisible (sounds and interaction still works)
It seems to happen on lower fps or small lags

i have a new version of it where small menu spawns 2 times.
You can interact with both menus but it's harder to interact with the menu that is behind if it doesn't bug true like on my screenshot where the small menu is sometimes in front and sometimes in back
