This only applies to Settings, Avatars and Social Tabs, for some reason the World Tab is not effected by this and works as I would expect. It just goes back to the top when switching between categories.

Scrolling down in one Category will also effect your scroll position in other Categories in that same Tab. For example, when you are in the Avatars Tab and scroll down in the Recently Used Category and then switch over to for example the Favorites Category, you will notice that your are not starting at the top of the Category but rather in a similar position as you scrolled down in the Recently Used Category.

Switching Categories should always bring you back to the top, as it currently already does in the Worlds Tab.
