[1238] MM in Room list should show friends at the top so it's similar to the Quick Menu

Issue:
The In Room Category in the Main Menu is currently sorted by name. This is different from the Layout in the Here Tab, there the list first shows Friends and then other Users.
Suggestion:
The In Room Category in the Main Menu should first list Friends and then other Users.
