Since we can now use the normal Camera to take picture for our VRC+ Icons and the VRC+ Gallery I don't the old UI for taking them still needs to be there.

The old UI for it is clunky to use in comparison to the more versatile Camera. The new Camera allows you to do way more things with your Icon, like Focus, turning of the background, etc. The Camera is also now available in desktop, so I don't think the old way of taking them is really needed to still be there.

Removing it would mean one less thing that needs to be maintained and would unify the UI a bit
