For some reason the only way to bring up the chatbox currently is under the Options menu inside the Action radial menu. I wasn't even sure where to find it at first.

It should really be under the main category, and/or there should really be a way to quickly bring it up from the QM. Especially since on desktop the keyboard for it covers the entire center of the screen so you have to keep closing and re-opening it.

Something as important as the ability to speak (for some people) shouldn't be squirreled away under an obscure options menu.
