Avatar Haptics seems to break and stop responding in certain scenarios. I noticed it happening after using some interactable Teleports? I honestly have no idea. This bug sometimes breaks vibrations on one controller, while the other one continuously vibrates even when I'm not physically interacting with an Avatar.
It also sometimes break when switching Avatars, possibly because of the SDK failing to reassign the Hand Colliders?
I'm using Valve Index with Index Controllers.
