Even tho friend requests are located in the Notifications tab I think it's natural to also include them in the Social tab.

I imagine new users would try going to Social to find the friends requests. I did caught myself doing it unconsciously as well.

It could be just the same list as in Notifications or it could make the menu jump to the appropiate Notifications tab subtab.
