It is valid only for avatars with customized "Base" playable layer.
To verify the issue I used unmodified "vrc_AvatarV3LocomotionLayer" file from the SDK 2022.08.29.20.48 as the base layer for the avatar.
To reproduce in desktop mode:
  1. Open menu with ESC key.
  2. Click on "Avatars".
  3. Select the avatar with customized Base layer (usually it will be avatar with non-default standing animation).
  4. Click "View Avatar Details" on the right.
  5. Close menu with ESC key.
  6. Open menu again with ESC key.
  7. Click again on "Avatars".
You can see the details of the last selected avatar. The avatar on preview has a falling animation instead of standing.
