In the new settings menu tab (main menu), there is a controls page that outlines the controls for the input type you are using (very cool!). However, it seems that it incorrectly maps the triggers R1/R2 as compared to the official, actual controller binding.

Additionally, toggling HUD with the DPAD down button no longer works in the beta. Toggling nameplates with DPAD up still works, switching between the 3 available nameplate settings.

(very minor): Switching to gamepad input (pressing some buttons, etc.) while the controls page is open will not change the controls visuals from the keyboard mouse until swapping to another settings page then swapping back. Similarly for swapping to keyboard. Closing and reopening the menu does not update the controls visual, only changing settings page.

I should also point out that the gamepad binding image on the documentation website is also very outdated and should be updated.
