Currently new "Help & Information" section article are all in English. If you put them to the website too, that helps non English people a lot.

Blog post "UI 2.0 is Now in Open Beta!" mentioned adding localization. (Thanks for mentioning it. That's actually long awaiting for Japanese people) I guess it will probably take some time to realize. Even before that, if the articles are on the website, non English people can read them through machine translation.
