This old issue is back from QM Open Beta:

Scrolling left/right with the joystick is inverted.
On Live, pointing the joystick to the left to scroll the menu right.
On Open Beta, pointing the joystick to the left will scroll the menu left.
This also applies to using WASD and the Mouse Wheel left/right button to scroll.
