Users unable to launch game on quest or desktop are unable to accept the new TOS using the new launcher in the mobile app.
This appears as users apps previously working normally but suddenly stopped loading. Uninstall, clearing cache, ensuring all perms are given, does not fix. The launcher would open. Everything in the background would load fine, worlds, users, but the loading icon would endlessly load and you couldn't join anything with the error that it was still loading.
Issue was fixed upon installing 2023.3.3 which had the original launcher. I logged in and was immediately given the agreement screen. I accepted everything and uninstalled, installed the newest version on Google play and the game immediately worked again as normal. Using the desktop or quest should also work but I was traveling and unable to use either.
