It seems like the wrong icon can get stuck as the lower resolution one. And when seen in an instance it fades between the two. There is also some instances in the UI where they are just not even resembling the icon being used.

The icon I actually use is the drawing with background.

I have tried to restart the app several times to try to fix the problem with no success.
