All of my friends in an instance had impostors generated. A player joined via android and saw only fallbacks (no impostors). I turned my max avatar download size down to 5mb and confirmed that no one's impostor was working (I saw only fallbacks). We realized that people's impostors started showing up only after they changed avatars at least once, (even if they changed back into the same avatar).
