When viewing avatar details for others, impostor preview usually doesn't show up until they swap out and back into the avatar with a generated impostor.

I've observed this happening for yourself upon first starting the client and when joining a new instance, same for others.

It's the same issues yourself also have. The impostor for your Avatar usually doesn't show up unless you swapped to a different Avatar and back.
