World panorama preview in loading screen

When uploading a world, allow the creator to add a 360 panorama that would display instead of the default starfield in the loading screen. Would give you something to look around at when a world is loading, and would allow you to aquaint yourself with new worlds before you jump in. In other cases, the world maker could use it for other informative purposes, such as adding a level map in game worlds, or world info that it might be useful to know.

Lucifer MStar had mentioned this in discord and I decided to make it a canny post. With addition to the new loading screens to fix the period of "Blackness" people were complaining about when networking was unpacking a lot of assets which seemed like a crash, it would be nice to allow for world creators to upload a panoramic 360 image to replace the loading screen.

If I had the ability, I'd put this into a "huh, good idea, maybe one day" status. We know about it, but have other, higher priority plans at this time.

Ron: Is it possible to get an update to this post? I think it would improve the experience of hopping worlds quite a bit so i was just wondering since nothing much else has been said about it. Thank you

Oh man, I think I suggested using panos for portals when I didn't even know anything about Canny. Yeah, it's a good idea, though you should definitely check out the current beta client, it's got a brand new loading screen.
