VRC Package Resolver Tool Version 0.1.29, SDK Base and Avatars on version 3.8.2, VCC Version 2.4.2, Unity 2022.3.22f1.

I made a post on VRC discord under #Creator-Companion regarding this issue. I'm unable to install the missing dependency due to the most recent versions of SDK3 being only downloadable by VCC.
