VCC does not handle blocked documents permission gracefully

With Ransomware Protection enabled, new applications that attempt to access my user folders are blocked. VCC loaded a page where I would select a Unity installation but the dropdown just said Option A, Option B, Option C. After giving it permission, I had to restart the program to continue. At the very least it should raise an error and maybe close so that I'm not trying to use the program in a broken state.

Should be fixed in 0.3.0 with the move to the AppData folder, leave a comment if you find otherwise!

[FEEDBACK, 0.2.0] Change default configuration directory to appdata instead of documents.
Synergiance
Documents folder is not a great place for configuration files that are not meant for users to see/delete/etc. The better place for this is the appdata folder.
EDIT: In response to the findability of the json file, it's literally linked directly in the settings page.
