Package should not be marked as up to date if not found in any repo

Many users recently have been incorrectly thinking their package is "up-to-date" when it's really not after reformatting, because the Latest Version field shows the current version if a package is not found in any repository.
If a package is not found in any repository, there should be some warning or indication that the package cannot be updated because the repository is not available.
